"Blessed are the poor", Jesus says in today's Gospel, while the world says "Amazing are the rich." We scramble, claw, and elbow our way to the top, all the while happiness is already at our fingertips. We need not go far. The "one thing", or rather "the someone", makes us rich beyond our wildest dreams.
